- Who can use a pack?
- Solo packs cover one person per session, Duo and Trio packs cover two or three people sharing one session.
- How do I book with it?
- Book online as usual with the phone number you bought the pack with. Covered sessions show as “From your pack”.
- How long is a pack valid?
- 30 days from the first session you use it for. Unused sessions can’t be carried over or refunded.
- How do I see what’s left?
- Your pack page and My bookings show the sessions left and the expiry date.
